Trails restrictions!!!!!!!!

i dont want to be a penis but the trails must have restrictions!

the landowner said no more than 5 people at a time and 10 people came down on sunday so we have a bit of an issue. so if you do know where they are be nice and DONT spread it and if you want to know, dont expect to know. no one else is to know!!! also if you come down you must dig and take all litter home with you!!!

remember invite only!!!! this means ask tom m, me or one of the top nonsense men!!!

this is for the sake of others fun. thankyou all.

Trails again.

Right. We havn't had an update in a while, I think we all know why - it's the weather.
Got down the trails this weekend, some on friday and saturday, but most people came down on sunday so stuff got done!

The third and it's hip have been properly packed and smoothed now, and are looking very good. Berm is lush, Thankyou Mark and Paul. may need to be a bit higher but we will find out when we test it.

The third leads into this beast. No, it isn't a replica of the Radley 1st, it is a mega-roller!

On the left is the big roller, on the right is the 4th lip (nearly). In the distance is a mellow racer, which sends you over the grave into a dug out landing! This will lead into a line behind me.

The unfinished 4th. The lip will be steep as f*** and about that height when its packed. It's bigger than it looks in this picture, cameras, graves etc - you know the story.

Mark and his prize root.

Digging in the dark.

The end. Phil xx

Progress at the trails.

These are our trails. We can't tell you where they are. If you know, don't tell anyone who asks. Not even the closest of friends, they may be the ones who could spoil it for others.

This is the view form the side of the roll-in. There are lots of leaves in our graves. I don't like graves.

This is the first. It is a racer to gain speed for the 'real jumps'

This is the second jump, a nice size to do some pretty sweet tweaks.

This 'ere be the third, this jump is the largest so far, and when standing in the grave it is a bit below nipple height. Pictures of trails really do make them look smaller.

Mark, who is fashioning a rather lovely white wife beater vest, is getting to work on the hipped lander for the third. Shuffly is pretending to work on the big roller for the straight line. The pile of unearthed soil on the left will be the berm, taking you round the trees and eventually joing after the big roller.

The hip is obviously good then! Mark R tables it. (not mtb style bow legged!)

Yeah kickout!

2nd jump.... Yeah paul! he fell off his bike after I failed to get non blurry pictures of his lush moto tweaks.

We hope for more jumps and multiple lines in the not too distant future. They WILL be ready for summer...

The text went strange because of an HTML error. Maybe Mark can fix this for me, im not too hot on that stuff. I am hot though, Jamie will agree.

Oh no not MORE photography!

You're probably getting bored of these type of pictures now, I mean this is a BMX website after all! But when you have a good photo you just have to share it with the world.
This one was snapped by my Mum. Expect a trails update soon...

Aiden loves crack.

Aiden likes to go big. He likes to do massive 360's. Sometimes he bails.

Oh dear, thats one bail too many. That crack is the same on the other side aswell, it's kind of peeling away from the frame which is strange.

If anybody out there has an old frame for sale Aiden might be interested...

November has come.

November has come. Just when riding felt good, my bike feels good to ride for once, then winter arrives. Oh dear. Over the last 3 days it's got really cold, and from what I've heard it's not going to get much different, the weathermen say we could have snow by the end of the month. I thought it was meant to be a wet winter because of all this global warming milarky, which will be good for trails, so people, prepare to grab your shovels.

This was a 1 foot x-up by Mark.R. I mistimed the picture because I am shit.

Yes, I'm getting shit. Cold weather has made my tables shockingly worse.

Mark with a abubaca, or as I like to call them, boobies.

Well it will be a long winter, but we will find media to keep updating with, so watch this space.
I tried to keep all of the text in this update in autumnal colours, no idea why though. Enjoy bikeriding.

New Oxford park?

Yesterday night myself and Mark went to this meeting where the city council would decide the outcome for the new park, basically a yes or no answer. The meeting started well, there was approximately 70 riders / skaters there in support of OWP and 5 people opposing it! It looked like the councillers were mostly in favour of the park, although pretty much the only reason they were opposing it was noise levels. Towards the end people started to get anoyed that they were'nt giving a verdict, even though this was the day when they should have. They said they wanted a report on how to reduce noise levels and stuff, which they had been given 2 months before, and there was about 10 copys of it in the room. The skaters and riders stared to get angry because even though it was an "open forum" they were not being allowed to voice their opinions. Democracy my arse! The conclusion of the evening was that there will be another meeting sometime in January, it is really important that everyone that reads this goes! we will keep you updated on this date...

Sorry about another essay but this is important for OWP!
